This relentless push feels hyper-masculine, doesn't it? It tells all of us – men and women – that our value lies only in striving, producing, controlling.

It pushes us away from simply feeling, from the deep love of the feminine within us all.

What is This "DOING" I'm Talking About?

Necessary action isn't the enemy. We all have responsibilities.

The problem lies in a specific kind of doing: the mind-driven, performative state disconnected from your core.

This is the DOING that focuses only on external things:
How does it look?
What will they think?
Did I get the result?
Did I gain the status?

It operates from the head – intellect, learned techniques, following rules and "shoulds" instead of your own inner compass.

Often, it’s rooted in fear, ego, or deep conditioning. It disconnects you from your body, from your feelings, from the raw truth of this present moment.

Filling every second with busyness to avoid feeling what's underneath.

That's the DOING that drains your life force.
