Our world screams at you to DO.

Achieve more. Be better. Look perfect. Get ahead.

This relentless push feels hyper-masculine, doesn't it? It tells all of us – men and women – that our value lies only in striving, producing, controlling.

It pushes us away from simply feeling, from the deep love of the feminine within us all.

What is This "DOING" I'm Talking About?

Necessary action isn't the enemy. We all have responsibilities.

The problem lies in a specific kind of doing: the mind-driven, performative state disconnected from your core.

This is the DOING that focuses only on external things:
How does it look?
What will they think?
Did I get the result?
Did I gain the status?

It operates from the head – intellect, learned techniques, following rules and "shoulds" instead of your own inner compass.

Often, it’s rooted in fear, ego, or deep conditioning. It disconnects you from your body, from your feelings, from the raw truth of this present moment.

Think about chasing that promotion you don't truly want.
Crafting that perfect online mask.
Filling every second with busyness to avoid feeling what's underneath.

That's the DOING that drains your life force.

The Heavy Costs of Over-Doing

Living constantly in that state? It costs you dearly.

You face burnout. Real exhaustion. Your energy leaks away into meaningless effort.

You disconnect from yourself. Your intuition gets muffled. Your feelings go unheard. Your body's wisdom is ignored.

Achievements feel hollow. Why? Because they aren't rooted in your authentic self.

Relationships become superficial. Performance replaces presence. Strategy replaces connection.

Anxiety and stress become constant companions. Your mind races, stuck in loops of worry and planning.

Understanding "BEING": The Power of Embodied Presence

The way back is through BEING.

This isn't about doing nothing. It’s about active, conscious presence inside your own skin.

It means feeling your body, right now.
Your breath moving.
Your feet on the ground.
The subtle energy, the simple sensations.

BEING is driven by awareness, by inner listening, by intuition.

It means anchoring in this present moment and accepting what is, without needing to immediately fix or run from it.

This connects you to your ground, to stability, to a deep inner calm.

But it takes courage. The courage to feel it all, especially the discomfort you usually try to do your way out of.

Why BEING is the Essential Foundation

You need to understand this: BEING is the essential ground.

Authentic life, meaningful action – it all grows from this soil.

Think of a powerful tree. Its strength, its ability to reach high and bear fruit, comes from deep, unseen roots. BEING is those roots for your life.

DOING vs BEING

Action born from frantic DOING? It's often scattered, reactive, ineffective.

Action born from centered BEING? It’s purposeful. Aligned. Potent. Sustainable.

The Trap of Bypassing Real Embodiment

It's easy to fool yourself, especially on the path of growth.

We can get caught using spiritual ideas or practices as just another form of sophisticated DOING.

We read the books. We learn the concepts. We perform the practices.

But are we actually feeling it? Are we integrating it deep within our bodies?

Or are we just adding layers to the performance, bypassing the messy, real work of embodiment?

This is the trap of spiritual bypassing. It looks like progress, but you remain disconnected from your core felt-sense. It often reinforces the very ego or mask you hoped to shed.

Authentic Energy Arises Only from BEING

Real masculine and feminine energies aren't roles you learn from a book or workshop.

They aren't techniques to apply.

They are innate qualities, unique in each of us, that emerge naturally when we are grounded in embodied BEING.

Authentic Masculine Energy, when rooted in BEING, isn't about harshness or rigid control.
It's the clarity that cuts through confusion.
The unwavering presence that holds space with integrity.
The purposeful action aligned with truth.
The protective awareness born from deep connection.
This is powerful doing that arises from being deeply present.

Authentic Feminine Energy, when rooted in BEING, isn't about weakness or needing to be saved.
It's the profound capacity to feel deeply and trust intuition.
The fluid wisdom that flows with life.
The powerful receptivity that allows connection and energy to move through.
The deep connection to the mystery, to life force itself.
This is embodied feeling and allowing.

Both energies need the stable, authentic foundation of BEING to express themselves in a healthy, powerful way.

DOING vs BEING

Cultivating BEING: Beyond the Intellect

So how do you cultivate this state of BEING?

It demands moving beyond just thinking about it. Real inner work is embodied work.

Ancient wisdom traditions understood this deeply. Practices like Qi Gong, Tai Chi, meditation, somatic awareness, conscious dance, powerful rituals – these aren't just mental exercises.

They are pathways into your body.

They teach you to feel energy directly. To release stored tension. To cultivate presence from the inside out.

This is fundamentally different from approaches that stay purely intellectual or become just another performance.

Be wary of anything promising quick fixes without deep feeling.
Be wary of teachings that encourage bypassing discomfort.
Be wary of focusing only on external appearance or spiritual performance that reinforces the mask.

The real path involves patiently learning your body's language. Feeling your emotions fully. Cultivating awareness grounded in your physical reality. It requires consistent moments of feeling, sensing, and allowing.

Reclaiming Your Authentic Power

Shifting your focus from the exhausting hamster wheel of performative DOING towards the grounding power of embodied BEING is how you reclaim your authentic power.

It's how you reclaim your life force.

By consciously choosing to anchor into your physical presence, into your felt-sense.

You tap into deeper energy.
You connect with real intuition.
You foster genuine connection.
You discover inner calm.
You ensure your actions are truly aligned and impactful.

BEING isn't about doing less.

It's about living, feeling, and acting from the deepest, most connected, and truthful place within yourself.

It's the way back home.

With love,
Antonin.

I approach her with a sincere desire to connect, drawn to her radiant energy. But as I say hello, she pulls away, avoiding the contact. Maybe she thinks I'm just another guy trying to get her into bed. She doesn't see my pure intentions. If only she knew I just want a soulful connection, without expectations...

I've felt this disconnect many times. My wish to appreciate a woman's brilliance is often met with fear and confusion. I get why. Many men are driven by sexual desire and pursue women aggressively. They ignore boundaries and treat women like objects. Women are scared. They worry that being open will invite unwanted advances.

"Men and women can't be friends."

We've all heard this cynical idea. That men and women can only connect sexually. Anything else is just a delusion or a path to betrayal. This belief is more than just a harmless myth - it's a sinister psyop, designed to keep men and women alienated from each other's deepest gifts.

In a society where men see women as conquests, and women mistrust men's motives, we can't create a better world together. We can't grow spiritually. When men are cut off from the nourishing, heartful gift of the feminine, we become more easily controlled. We fall into toxic masculinity, aggression, domination and greed.

And when women can't relax into the protective, affectionate strength of conscious masculinity, they armor up. They direct their energy into self-preservation and separation, rather than open-hearted collaboration.

But there is another way.

As a man devoted to conscious living, I'm exploring how to bring authenticity and non-attachment to my relationships with women. Many spiritual teachings emphasize seeing the divine in each other. Honoring the light beyond the physical. Yet society often treats women as objects for male pleasure, not sovereign beings worthy of reverence.

I dream of a world where deep platonic love between men and women is celebrated as a path to mutual awakening. A world where we can appreciate the unique gifts of the masculine and feminine without the need to possess or control each other. Where sensual attraction is met with respect and care.

Platonic love is the key to spiritual growth.

Plato described how love can guide us beyond the physical to divine wisdom and goodness. Human love isn't just about sex or making babies. It's a path to higher truth. When we see each other's souls, we bring out the best in one another. A love based not on possession but on the mutual pursuit of spiritual awakening.

I've been blessed to discover communities and practices that create safe containers for this kind of loving bonding. Contact improv, tantra, zouk, ecstatic dance… when we tune into each other's movements and energy, boundaries dissolve. We connect from a place of openhearted presence.

Eye contact, synchronized breath, movement, playful touch - they become a language. Our souls are connecting. The life force / sexual energy may be rising. The masculine-feminine polarity activates us. But there is no need to release through sex.

Of course, soulful connections aren't limited to men-women friendships. The magic of love can happen whenever two people are devoted to growing together in authenticity. Some of my deepest bonds are with male friends. We share our truths safely.

How can we heal the divide within?

Many men struggle to be affectionate or vulnerable with each other. We fear being seen as gay or less manly. How can we be sensitive with women if we can't even look our brothers in the eye? We must start by loving ourselves and connecting with men.

The peaceful warrior integrates masculine and feminine within. As men do this inner work, our relationships transform. We honor women by listening, being honest, and living our truth. We can be playful and sensual without releasing a sexual desire. We find freedom to appreciate beauty in all forms.

This path has challenges.

Unlearning social conditioning takes time and humility. We must face the discomfort of growth. Even with good intentions, we'll make mistakes. What matters is staying open, taking responsibility, and sincerely wanting to connect deeper.

As the great Sufi poet Rumi said, "Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." By doing our own inner work and showing up authentically, we become clearer channels for the love that longs to flow between us.

My brothers, my invitation to you is this:

Let's expand our conception of what's possible in our friendships with women. Let's seek first to appreciate their wisdom with humility. Let's practice using our sexual energy to create and empower, rather than to conquer and release.

And let's support each other to stay true to our deepest values as we walk this path. May we uplift each other with compassion and encouragement. And may we find the courage to be the kind of men women can trust - men who create safety, fight for their freedom, who meet them with presence and care. The world needs us - strong, conscious men.

And to the women reading this - thank you.

Thank you for your courage, your wisdom, your willingness to keep your hearts open despite everything. Please know there are men who see you, who yearn to meet you with honor and care. May you feel cherished and celebrated, with plenty of spaces to connect meaningfully without pressure or expectation.

Together, we can turn our connections with each other into a power of transformation and portals to the divine. And in doing so, we will create a world where the full spectrum of love can be expressed with joy.

I'm grateful to be on this sacred journey with you. Let's keep opening our hearts...

With love,
Antonin.

My adventure in business started at twelve years old, when I built my first website in 1998. A year later, I launched Allo Croissant, delivering fresh croissants and newspapers to my neighbours by bicycle.

I've always been drawn to entrepreneurship, computers and the internet. Alongside my business studies, I pursued a degree in computer science, driven by a desire to create a company that can have a global impact.

In my early 20s, I continued building online projects, the most significant being a business importing electronics like MP3 players and smartphones from China. Around the same period, I founded a non-profit focused on medical cannabis in France, aiming to educate on its benefits beyond recreational use.

My professional journey took a significant step when I joined HotelTonight in London. This US startup was growing fast, and it was epic to be part of its expansion in Europe. The startup's success culminated in a $400 million acquisition by Airbnb.

But as I reached a higher level of professional success, a question echoed: "Is this all there is?". Working in London, part of a fast-growing startup, I was living the dream by conventional standards. Yet, I felt a disconnect. The more I achieved, the more I realized that true fulfillment wasn't found in a good salary. It was during this time, while also being an activist for medical cannabis, that a deeper understanding began to take root.

I saw a world obsessed with more: more money, more possessions, more status. A world where extreme capitalism reigns, creating a gap between our actions and our true selves. We are caught in an endless cycle of comparison and accumulation, disconnected from the universal consciousness that binds us all. It became clear that this path leads our planet to its limits, destroying nature, animals, and our minds.

This realization was a turning point. I could no longer justify pouring my energy into pursuits that served only my ego or the endless appetite of a consumerist society. I understood that happiness wasn't a prize to be won through wealth but something more profound, found in authentic presence, connection, and purpose.

That's when I decided to quit my well-paid job in London and launch one of the first legal cannabis products in Europe. With just 10K€ in savings and a bank loan of the same amount at a steep 9% interest, I took the risk to start Harmony, one of the first cannabis startup in Europe. Our first product, Kanavape, was a big bet – introducing CBD when it was barely known back in 2014.

And it's been a crazy ride. We didn't know it then, but we were the first player in a market that would become a multi billion industry. In just about ten years, CBD exploded everywhere. With Harmony, we hired over 100 people, launched 120 hemp-based products and sold over 7 million units. I fought and won a 6-year-long legal battle against French authorities to legalize the use of CBD. I learned a lot, not just about business but about what it means to make a difference.

Today, my mission goes beyond my businesses. It's about inspiring and guiding others to think big, not just about their immediate gains, but to build projects that heal the world. It's about challenging the status quo and proving that we can reach professional success while positively impacting society.

With 20 years of entrepreneurship experience, I became an expert in product development, refining processes, building audience, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Currently, I'm mainly focused on using AI for spiritual awakening and positive impact entrepreneurship.

While I devote most of my time to my own companies, I'm open to supporting ambitious, impactful projects. If you believe yours aligns, consider booking a 30-minute meeting with me using the form below (€150). This is only for ambitious, positive-impact projects. Please share presentations, websites, pitches, etc... when booking a call. If your project is exceptional but budget-tight, contact me by email to share your story and why it might merit a reduced-rate or pro bono involvement.

The idea that some plants could be illegal is as absurd as it is arrogant. It's a mindset that will be looked back on with shame. We are killing our planet due to a deep disconnection with nature. There is nothing natural in this detachment - it's a learned behaviour that we must urgently change.

The core solution to the environmental crisis is deepening our emotional connection with the natural world. Moving past seeing nature merely for its utility and recognizing we are all one global organism is vital for fostering genuine care for our planet.

The fight against ecosystem collapse demands collective action. We must shift our view of nature from a commodity to an integrated part of our existence. This change requires us to rethink our oversimplified views of the natural world.

Psychedelics offer a unique perspective. They deepen our connection to Mother Earth, providing mystical experiences that remind us of our integral part in this ecosystem. These experiences help us tap into nature's collective intelligence, recreating an ancient bond with the natural world.

As a nature activist, I'm committed to challenging the notion that elements of nature, such as cannabis or mushrooms containing psilocybin, should be illegal. These plants have been used for millennia for their healing and spiritual properties, offering profound connections to nature and the divine.

I stand for the decriminalization of nature, advocating for the right to access plants that can offer relief and insight. My activism is not just a fight for individual rights but a quest to restore a fundamental connection with our planet, ensuring those in need can find healing and wisdom in nature's gifts.

My journey into activism began in 2009 when I co-founded the UFCM, the first non-profit organization in France dedicated to medical cannabis. At this time, information on medical cannabis in French was very limited, despite the wealth of articles in English. The French discourse mainly focused on the illegal aspects of recreational cannabis, ignoring its healing potential.

I used my expertise in website development and digital marketing to create a platform to educate. The project became a leading source of knowledge with over 550,000 people visiting our website. Our newsletter attracted thousands of subscribers, and we received many emails from individuals desperate for access to medical cannabis.

These were people battling severe illnesses, forced to navigate the illegal market to find relief, and sometimes facing legal consequences for their efforts. Hearing their stories was heartbreaking but fueled my determination to advocate for change.

We organized conferences featuring world experts like Raphael Mechoulam, aiming to shift the narrative around cannabis from recreational to medicinal. Our efforts sought to educate French doctors, policymakers and journalists, laying the groundwork for regulatory reform. Our activism contributed to the initiation of medical cannabis experimentation in France, marking a first step forward.

All of this work inspired me to transition from the tech industry to launching Kanavape in 2014, and shortly after Harmony, a cannabis startup focused on legal hemp-based products. It wasn't just about entrepreneurship; it was about creating an impact and making cannabinoids more accessible to those in need.

This journey led to a six-year legal battle culminating in a landmark victory at the European Court of Justice. Our win prompted a change in French law, allowing for CBD-based products. Along the way, I co-founded several trade associations to support businesses in France (Syndicat du Chanvre) and Europe (ACTIVE).

I also became a member of the Psychedelic Society and Decriminalize Nature, furthering my commitment to advocating for legal access to sacred plants. My experiences in activism, international law and compliance have led me to give keynotes at many conferences worldwide, and engage with politicians and officials, emphasizing the need for legal reform around cannabis and psychedelics.

Today, my projects largely focus around broadening access to the profound teachings and experiences provided by these plants.

In love & service,
Antonin.

Let's be honest.

Most of us spend years chasing external validation.
It's a deep human drive, often fueled by ego.

We seek worth in career titles.
In the things we own.
In the status we project.
In our relationship roles.

I know this path well. I walked it intensely.
Pushed hard. Climbed the ladders. Got the degrees. Acquired the stuff.
Built the outward image of success.

But somewhere along the way, the universe started to whisper.
Then it got louder.

All that external chasing? It wasn't bringing deep, lasting fulfillment.
The achievements felt temporary. The validation was fleeting.

The turning point wasn't a single event. It was a gradual awakening.
A slow realization.

True well-being, the kind that settles into your bones, doesn't come from getting more. It comes from being more.

More present. More relaxed. More deeply appreciative of this simple, unfolding moment.

This isn't just a nice thought anymore. It's the core principle.
The compass guiding how I navigate my life.

It’s a simple shift in perspective.
But it holds the power to transform everything.
This exploration is about diving into that shift. Seeing where it leads – for our future, our work, how we connect, and how we grow.

AI, Robots and Human Focus

We hear constant buzz about the future. AI. Robotics. Automation.

My life thesis

The technological horizon is undeniable. Change accelerates.
Much of the labor we perform today will become automated.

What happens then?
When traditional work structures dissolve for vast numbers of people?

Utopia. Harmony. Endless leisure.
Basic needs easily met through technology. Human energy freed.

Imagine a future focused less on the daily grind.
More on creative sparks – art, music, invention.
More on deep connection – relationships, community.
More on personal growth, exploration.
More on simply enjoying the raw miracle of existence.

In this optimistic view, maybe current stressors ease.
Less performance anxiety tied to career ladders.
Less foundational worry about basic survival.

It's a compelling vision.

But here’s the crucial point:
The mindset required for that future?
The focus on being, on connection, on inner creativity and purpose?

You don’t need to wait for robots to cultivate that mindset.
You can embrace it now.

The inner shift – choosing presence, connection, meaning today – creates the readiness for whatever future unfolds.

The real change always starts inside.

Meaningless Work and Destructive Consumption

Let's look honestly at the present.
So many people feel trapped in work that feels hollow. Meaningless.
"Stupid jobs," perhaps.

Not because the people are stupid, but because the work itself lacks purpose.
It doesn't contribute meaningfully. It doesn't align with deeper values.
It's just busywork. Filling time. Propping up bloated systems.

Why do these jobs persist?
Often, they exist to support excessive bureaucracy.
To market unnecessary goods driven by manufactured desire.
To maintain outdated structures resistant to real change.

The personal toll is immense.
Spending your precious life energy, day after day, on unfulfilling tasks?
It disconnects you from your own vitality.

And there's a direct link to our consumer culture.
Meaningless work often fuels a need to consume.
We buy things to numb the dissatisfaction, to feel a temporary sense of reward or status.
This hyper-consumerism, in turn, demands more production, often of trivial things, requiring more of that same meaningless labor.

It's a destructive feedback loop.
Damaging psychologically. Damaging environmentally.

How do we break free?
It can start with conscious consumption.
Questioning our needs versus our wants. Valuing durability, meaning, and necessity over novelty and excess.

Simultaneously, we must revalue and actively support "truly important work."
What does that mean?
Maybe it's caring professions – healers, teachers, caregivers.
Maybe it's essential services that keep communities functioning.
Maybe it's ecological restoration, protecting the planet that sustains us.
Maybe it's genuine innovation that solves real problems.
Maybe it's the arts that nourish the human spirit.

Imagine freeing up your own time and energy by consuming less and working more meaningfully.

Space opens up.
Space for play. For rest. For genuine connection. For creativity. For simply being.
The pathway starts by questioning the system we participate in.

Human Unity and Interconnection

Strip away the surface layers. The identities we cling to. The borders we draw.
Try adopting a higher perspective. An "alien's view" of Earth.

What do you truly see?
One human species. Sharing a small planet.
Fundamentally, remarkably similar.

We all need air to breathe, water to drink, food to eat, sleep to restore. That's the biological baseline.
And beneath that? We share profound psycho-spiritual needs.
The need to feel safe. To belong. To connect. To love and be loved. To feel seen and valued for who we are.

This core truth of our shared humanity often gets buried.
Buried under narratives of difference, competition, and separation.

But what happens when we genuinely feel our interconnectedness?
When we realize that the "other" is fundamentally just another "us"?

The whole paradigm of competition starts to unravel.
Comparison arises directly from the illusion of separation.
When you feel truly connected, the urge to be "better than" loses its grip.

Recognizing our oneness unlocks potential.
For deeper empathy. For genuine collaboration. For widespread mutual support.

"Paradise" isn't some distant utopia we build.
It's a state of being we access now.
By recognizing our inherent unity and choosing to act from that place.

Look around with clear eyes.
In many parts of the world, the material means for basic well-being already exist.
Enough food is produced. Technology offers incredible possibilities. Resources are available.

The primary barrier isn't usually material lack.
It's often mindset. It's our collective consciousness.
Deep divisions fueled by fear.
A lack of collective will to share equitably and care for the whole.
Forgetting our shared humanity is the source of so much unnecessary suffering.

My life thesis

Returning to Core Principles

It calls us back to basics. To first principles.

What is truly essential for a thriving human life?
Beyond just survival – what nourishes the spirit?
Connection? Purposeful contribution? Deep presence? Kindness? Reverence for nature?

Contrast these simple, profound needs with the overwhelming complexity and often superficial priorities pushed by modern society.

We need a shift. From competition back to collaboration.
Think like a "human tribe" again. Feel our interdependence.

That relentless drive to compete, to dominate?
Where does it truly stem from?
It's rooted in unhealed wounds. Individual and collective trauma.
Feeling unworthy, unloved, lacking – driving us to grasp for external validation or control.

This points towards the need for healing.
Not just fixing ourselves in isolation, but acknowledging our shared wounds.
Supporting each other's growth towards wholeness.
Moving from fear-based dynamics to trust-based community.

And in this return to core principles, there's immense relief. And joy.
Stripping away the non-essential reveals the beauty in simplicity.
The profound richness hidden in everyday moments.

Unity and Presence

This isn't about achieving a final state of perfection.
It's an ongoing journey. A daily commitment.

For me, it means consciously choosing, again and again.
Choosing simplicity when complexity calls.
Choosing unity when division tempts.
Choosing presence when distraction beckons.

It's not always easy.
The ego clings to its old stories. Habitual patterns resist change.
It requires gentle persistence. Self-compassion.

But letting go of the relentless need to strive, to prove, to acquire?
Opening the heart to connection, to the present moment?
That's where peace resides.
That's where purpose feels authentic, arising naturally from within.

This path isn't reserved for a select few.
It's available to everyone.
To you. Right now.

The invitation is always present, in every breath.
Return to this moment. Feel its simple reality. Notice its quiet gifts.
Focus on what truly nourishes – love, compassion, genuine connection.

Start with yourself.
That's the essence of it all.
Living with presence and an open heart.
Here and now.

With love,
Antonin.
