My approach has grown through years of ceremony, meditation, movement, and my own encounters with altered states. Ram Dass, Jung, and non-dual traditions have influenced how I understand this work. I bring that background into a conversation with a person, rather than ask someone to adopt a belief system.
People arrive with different questions. A change in their life. An experience they don’t know how to understand. A gap between how they appear to others and how they actually feel. There needs to be room to describe that in their own words.
Before an experience
Preparation means taking time to discuss expectations, boundaries, and the support available. Health considerations and the legal context matter. Sometimes the right next step is to wait, or to work with a qualified healthcare professional. An enquiry is a conversation, not a commitment to take part in a ceremony.
I don’t promise a breakthrough or a particular outcome. This work can involve uncertainty, and an intense experience does not settle every question it raises.
Afterwards
Integration is the part that interests me most: what happens when you return to your relationships, your work, and your ordinary routines? Something that felt clear in an unusual state may need time and care before you know what to do with it.
We can make room for what happened without rushing to turn it into a grand explanation. Sometimes there is a practical change to explore. Sometimes there is confusion or disappointment. Those deserve attention too.
My work is not medical treatment or a substitute for mental healthcare. Clinical questions belong with appropriately qualified professionals.
If you’d like to talk, tell me a little about what brings you here. You don’t need to put sensitive health information in a first message.
